Wild, exotic, medicinal herbs and plants that we will use in our elixirs and smoothies includes Nettle, Astragalus Root, Gotu Kola, Red Clover and Wasabi Root, which are just starting to attract much attention as the SUPER-FOOD of the 21st century here in the NZ.
These healing herbs are called ‘Adaptogens’ for their balancing, corrective and detoxifying effects on the organs, nervous and endocrine systems, which makes us more resistant against environmental stress and promotes longevity.
We will NOT do HPP (High Pressure Processing) to extend shelf life like other cold-press juice bars because we believe that truly potent elixirs need to be unpasteurised and FRESH.
